Goose Creek Preservation Area

Exchange Availability:  This is our primary residence (see Carolina  Club at Hilton Head, South Carolina for our vacation property, #35401 www.seniorshomeexchange.com.  So our Leesburg house is only available during our Spring Breaks (two weeks) in March and April (we're both active teachers) and last 2 weeks of July and first 2 weeks of August each year.  We are non smokers and want the same for our house.  We do have 3 dogs that can come with exchange (we have our front 12 acres with an invisible fence) or they can be kenneled.  Kids are fine.  One-two week exchanges desired and would consider weekend local/regional exchanges in our area like Lewes, Delaware, Eastern Shore, Ski areas (Seven Springs, Wintergreen, Camelback, and Snowshoe).

Destinations we enjoy:   New England (particularly Stowe and Arcadia), Ski Areas, Beaches, National Parks, Caribbean (particularly, St. John's) and Bermuda. We also would like to go overseas during summer 2005.  We also enjoy cities like Manhattan, Boston, and Quebec.  However, we're open to other areas of beauty, culture, or general historic, educational, or recreational areas.

People:  We're both active school teachers (college and middle school).  We have two grown children; one a college student at Plymouth State University and the other teaches in a private school.  Hobbies include: Reading, Biking, Tennis, Golf, and Skiing.  We were both surprised by a recent exchange to Manhattan and how much we loved the Broadway shows and great museums.  Also enjoy wildlife and birding.  My wife writes on a part time basis for a local newspaper column and started her own business, Sport-Quilts and has completed well over 1,000 quilts (sports, memorial, pubs, kids, etc.)
